Call for Erasmus+ staff mobility for the summer semester 2025/26, deadline 31 Jan 2026

FFA BUT is opening a call for applications for Erasmus+ staff mobility for the summer semester 2025/26. Staff can apply for the following mobility opportunities:

1. Teaching (teaching activities) - at a university with which FFA has an inter-institutional agreement (list here)
2. Training (training events, job shadowing, staff week) - not linked to the existence of a bilateral agreement.

The staff mobility can take place from 1 February 2026 to 15 September 2026 within the EU (training activities also outside the EU). This call can support 1 teaching mobility and 3 training mobilities.

HOW TO APPLY?
Applications are submitted directly in the BUT Intraportal --> Application for foreign mobility --> Submit a new application for Erasmus+ mobility abroad for an employee --> select the trip type and the corresponding call

The deadline for applications is 31 January 2026.
