FFA SUMMER SCHOOLS 2026: Summer School of Painting and Drawing Technology — Applications Open Until June 30, 2026
FFA Summer Schools offer an opportunity to spend part of your summer creatively. Through these summer schools, you will learn about artistic techniques, develop your creative skills, and meet interesting people. FFA Summer Schools are open to the general public, beginners with an interest in and passion for art, as well as those interested in future study at art schools, who can familiarize themselves with the FFA environment and use the summer schools as part of their preparation for entrance exams.
SUMMER SCHOOL OF PAINTING AND DRAWING TECHNOLOGY
The summer school is intended for the general public with an interest in traditional painting and drawing techniques. During the summer school, participants will develop their technical skills in traditional media of painting and drawing (oil painting, watercolor, tempera, drawing techniques such as dry and oil pastel, types of paper, brushes, canvas stretching, and more).
A variety of inspiring motifs will be offered, but participants may also bring their own planned or ongoing projects. A key aspect of the summer school is the presentation of variations in materials to support participants’ creative practice.
The summer school is open to everyone who wishes to deepen their experience in traditional visual art techniques or to become acquainted with the possibilities this field offers. After completing the summer school, participants will gain knowledge applicable to their own artistic practice, thereby supporting the professionalism and longevity of their works.
