Operation of the FFA buildings during the Christmas Holidays in 2025

  1. From Tuesday 23 December 2025 (6am) to Friday 2 January 2026 (6am), the FFA buildings will be closed to students in accordance with the academic year schedule (Christmas Holidays). Exceptions may be granted in essential cases by the Dean or the Faculty Bursar. Employees will take leave according to the established leave schedule.

  2. Access to the FFA buildings during the period mentioned in paragraph 1 is permitted in essential cases for academic and research staff, employees of workshops and specialised units, and administrative staff of the Dean’s Office.

  3. During the period mentioned in paragraph 1, the FFA buildings will be maintained at a minimal heating level. The use of portable heaters and air conditioners is prohibited (exceptions may be granted by the Faculty Bursar).
