Construction Works at Údolní 53 campus – Important Information
Dear colleagues and students,
In connection with the commencement of construction works on the Údolní 53 campus, we would like to inform you about important changes to the parking arrangements and movement within the campus.
From 15 December 2025, parking will be prohibited on the routes between buildings U1–U2 and U1–U12 (the building where waste containers are located). These routes will be used for the transport of the contractor’s equipment and will subsequently be fenced off as a construction site in accordance with the attached plan. Parking will continue to be permitted only for FFA employees, specifically between buildings U9 and U11 and in front of building U1. Access for students and for deliveries will be allowed solely for short loading and unloading.
From 16 December 2025, from 8:30 a.m., the contractor’s machinery will begin entering the campus (via the entrance from Tvrdého Street).
Safety measures

Part of the campus will be designated as a construction site – entry prohibited. Please do not enter these zones and do not move any barriers or tape.

Heavy machinery will be operating in the vicinity – please exercise increased caution.

Please expect increased noise and dust.
Access to buildings and pedestrian routes
All entrances to FFA buildings will remain in operation. However, pedestrian routes in the immediate vicinity of the construction site will be restricted – please follow the current signage. After the contractor’s intervention, a route to building U14 running alongside building U11 will be opened. We will inform you of any changes.
Please note that the entrance from Tvrdého Street is not designated for pedestrian access for students or staff. To enter the campus, please use exclusively the entrance via the porter’s lodge on Úvoz Street. The key regime at the porter’s lodge in building U1 remains unchanged.
Once the road surface on Údolní Street is reopened, the entrance and porter’s lodge there will serve exclusively for the contractor’s access.
Workshop operations
Workshop operations in building U11 will continue without change.
We kindly ask you to respect these restrictions and to exercise increased caution when moving around the campus during the reconstruction.
