Internal Open Call for an FFA Graphic Designer or Graphic Design Team for the 2026/2027 Academic Year
FFA announces an open call for a student or graduate team to develop a coherent graphic identity and a range of promotional materials for the Faculty on an ongoing basis throughout the 2026/2027 academic year (from September 2026 to July 2027).
Indicative list of events and materials to be addressed (in most cases, this will involve a set comprising a poster/flyer and social media banners):
- FFA New Season (September 2026)
- Rooted Everywhere Symposium (September 2026)
- Open Day (October 2026)
- Enter FFA (January and June 2027)
- Promotional materials for FFA Publishing (spring 2027)
- FFA Summer Schools (spring 2027)
- Materials for the applicant campaign, invitations to workshops, lectures, and other events arising from the Faculty’s public-facing activities (on an ongoing basis).
The work does not include graphic materials for the FFA Gallery or graphic design for the graduate exhibition and its catalogue. Remuneration: individual commissions will generally be remunerated at CZK 6,000 for the graphic design of one event (set). The total anticipated amount for the academic year is a maximum of CZK 140,000 (paid on the basis of ongoing invoicing).
Applications should be submitted via the Google Form by 25 May 2026. Applicants must upload examples of graphic design work and an outline/sketch of the FFA visual identity for the 2026/2027 academic year. The application must include a sample concept, for example a poster (A1 format) and a Facebook banner (16:9 aspect ratio).
The selection, to be carried out by a committee appointed by the Vice-Dean for External Relations, will be announced no later than 5 June 2026.
