Profile

On the grounds of compulsory exams and seminars, the bachelor is provided with the sum of knowledge and skills which enable him/her to independently seek, find and process information related to the area of body design with wide extensions to performance, body art, digital media etc. He/she is able to analyze given phenomena and include them into historic and cultural contexts. In his/her studio work, he/she learns practical basics of his/her discipline in order to manage the whole process from invention to implementation and presentation.

Key learning outcomes

The BA graduate has a general knowledge of theory nad history of art, philosophy, aesthetics, and technologies essential for artistic development, communication, and presentation. The graduates of Body Design have a deep awareness of their field reaching accross performance and body art and digital media. They are able to present an original work of art in the filed of body design, using the medium of performance, installation, or digital media.

Graduates are freelance artists working in the body design field, they are able to utilize both classical and contemporary digital media.
