SUMMER SCHOOLS FFA 2025: Summer School of Sculpture

Summer schools FFA are an opportunity to spend part of the summer creatively. During the summer schools, you will learn about artistic techniques, develop your creative skills, and meet interesting people. Summer schools FFA are intended for the general public, beginners with an interest and passion for art, and those interested in future studies at art schools, who can thus familiarize themselves with the FFA environment and use the summer schools as part of their preparation for entrance exams.

SUMMER SCHOOL OF SCULPTURE
Participants in this practical summer school will learn about sculpting materials and the basics of modeling anatomical portraits. If interested, they can develop and technically solve their own artistic projects. We will also focus on relief, with an emphasis on perspective shortcuts. Those who have not yet undergone training in sculpting techniques will learn the basic skills and principles of creation in this course. For advanced students, the course offers space for the development of individual skills with the possibility of professional guidance and consultation.

Summer school will be held in Czech.

→ Second session: 21 July – 27 July 2025 (full)
→ Third session: 18 August – 24 August 2025
Scope: 56 teaching hours, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a lunch break
Venue: FFA BUT, Úvoz 33, Sculpture Studio
Price: CZK 5,800
The Summer School price includes all materials and art supplies

Cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend the Summer School, you can find a replacement for yourself. If you cancel your registration 14 days before the start of the Summer School (according to the individual start dates of the Summer Schools), the organizer will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount paid. In case of later cancellation, the fees paid will not be refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel some Summer Schools in case of insufficient number of participants. In case of cancellation of the Summer School by the organizer, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
