- Area of responsibility: coordination of data collection reported by the faculty in the Register of Artistic Outputs (RUV) and their analysis; ensuring the factual accuracy of data reported in the RUV; securing collaboration between the faculty and the RUV Council and individual registry segments; coordination of the faculty's Gallery Advisory Board; assistance in preparing, submitting, and accounting for grants and funding titles securing the activity of the faculty gallery (Galerie FaVU); coordination and analytical support in preparing the faculty's strategy (in collaboration with deputy Vice-Deans), particularly the faculty's strategic intent and its updates; collaboration with the application sector and the creative industry, including organising professional internships for students of the faculty's study programmes; supporting the activities of study programme guarantors/supervisors in fulfilling study programme standards; advisory activities to the faculty's academic community regarding study programmes; development and application of feedback mechanisms for evaluating teaching, etc.; organisational assistance in studios led by visiting artists and teachers; the agenda for developing pedagogical competencies of academic staff and doctoral students; communication and dissemination of information in the area of one's responsibility.
