FFA SUMMER SCHOOLS 2026: Summer School of Filmmaking — Applications Open Until June 24, 2026
FaVU Summer Schools offer an opportunity to spend part of the summer creatively. As part of the summer schools, participants become acquainted with artistic practices, develop their creative skills, and meet inspiring personalities. FaVU Summer Schools are intended for the general public, beginners with an interest in and passion for art, as well as applicants considering future studies at art schools, who can become familiar with the FaVU environment and use the summer schools as part of their preparation for entrance examinations.
SUMMER SCHOOL OF FILMMAKING
The summer school is intended for anyone interested in film and audiovisual production. Participants will become familiar with the basic principles of filmmaking and experience the entire filmmaking process — from the initial idea to the final edit. During the summer school, participants will learn how to work with narration and storytelling principles, create both literary and technical scripts, tell stories through images and cinematic language, and work with film editing. The summer school can also serve as an introduction to studies at art schools focused on film and audiovisual production. Another goal of the course is to support creative and critical thinking, the ability to collaborate in teams, and the development of an individual artistic approach.
