Afternoon Drawing Course for the Public (Jan–May 2026), app. deadline 20 Jan 2026
The Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology (FFA BUT) offers a regular semester-long afternoon drawing course for the public. The course is intended for beginners, advanced participants, and applicants preparing to study at fine art schools. Participants from the general public who have not previously undertaken drawing training will acquire basic drawing habits and skills and gain orientation in academic drawing. For more advanced participants, the course provides space to develop individual abilities in expressive drawing. The course is also suitable as preparation for talent-based entrance exams. During the sessions, each participant’s drawing skills are taken into account, and an individual programme is tailored accordingly.
Applications should be sent by email by 20 January 2026 to the instructor, Ján Lastomírsky, at: janl@favu.vut.cz. Please send the application only from your personal contact email address.
