Afternoon Drawing Course for the Public (February – May) Application deadline: January 28, 2025
The Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology (FaVU BUT) offers a regular semester-long afternoon drawing course for the public. The course is open to beginners, advanced participants, and applicants preparing for entrance exams to art schools. Participants without previous drawing training will acquire basic skills and become familiar with academic drawing techniques. For more advanced participants, the course provides a space to develop individual abilities in expressive drawing. It is also suitable as preparation for talent-based entrance exams. Each participant’s level is taken into account during the course, and individual programs are tailored accordingly.

Total duration: 39 teaching hours over 13 sessions
Course dates: Every Tuesday, from February 4 to May 13, 2025
Time: 16:00–18:50
Location: FaVU BUT, Údolní 53, Room 129+137/U1 (Drawing Studio)
Number of participants: 10
Course fee: CZK 6,000 – payable in cash at the first session (The fee includes all materials, models, and art supplies.)
