L'intelligenza artificiale porta con sé un nuovo modo di percepire le immagini, in base alle strutture interne che le generano. Questo processo, che secondo le parole di Hito Steyerl utilizza il modello dell'apofenia, si fonda sul modo in cui ci relazioniamo ed entriamo in contatto con il cyberspazio. Questo contatto può essere letto nella contrattualizzazione dell'utente, come soggetto-oggetto del contratto e del servizio. Il contatto non è più un luogo di negoziazione degli interessi, ma una simulazione di codice programmato per un interesse specifico. Il testo segue un percorso dal contatto al contratto, fino al meta-rapporto che nel loop generativo ritorna alla sua origine: le condizioni d'uso, come terminali operativi.

Artificial intelligence brings with it a new ways of perceiving images, based on the internal structures that generate them. This process, which according to Hito Steyerl uses the model of apophenia, is based on the way we interact with and come into contact with cyberspace. This contact can be read in the contractualization of the user, as the subject-object of the contract and the service. The contract is no longer a place for negotiating interests, but a simulation of programmed code for a specific interest. The path follows from contact to contract, to the meta-relationship, which in the generative loop always returns to its origin: the terms of use as operational terminals.
