The project proposes to establish the new "recycling and upcycling centre" called Matter at Faculty of Fine Arts at BUT, facilitating sustainable artistic production at the faculty by providing a repository of reusable materials collected from the studios and educating the students and pedagogues about principles of upcycling. The centre also features a "specimen bank" and co-working / skillsharing area for the students and teachers, and it also organises educational workshops and cares for a network of partner institutions that supply additional material for the centre.

Projekt navrhuje zřídit nové „centrum recyklace a upcyklace“ s názvem Matter na Fakultě výtvarných umění VUT, které bude podporovat udržitelnou uměleckou tvorbu na fakultě tím, že poskytne úložiště znovu použitelných materiálů sesbíraných z ateliérů a bude vzdělávat studenty i pedagogy o principech upcyklace. Centrum rovněž zahrnuje „banku vzorků“ a co-workingový / skillsharingový prostor pro studenty a učitele a také organizuje vzdělávací workshopy a pečuje o síť partnerských institucí, které centru dodávají další materiál.
