SUMMER SCHOOLS FFA 2025: Summer School of Photography
Summer schools FFA are an opportunity to spend part of the summer creatively. During the summer schools, you will learn about artistic techniques, develop your creative skills, and meet interesting people. Summer schools FFA are intended for the general public, beginners with an interest and passion for art, and those interested in future studies at art schools, who can thus familiarize themselves with the FFA environment and use the summer schools as part of their preparation for entrance exams.SUMMER SCHOOL OF PHOTOGRAPHY: Juxtaposition / Diptych, Experimental Post-production and Publication
The summer school focuses on the conceptual, narrative, and experimental aspects of photography. We will explore the potential of mobile photography, shooting with older digital cameras and webcams, and then combining the material. The aim of the Summer School is to use photographic materials and the principle of juxtaposition to create a visual story or editorial in the case of fashion photography. The Summer School is intended both for those who are already actively involved in photography in their work and for those who want to discover and try out new possibilities of this medium. Participants will try out alternative methods of digital photography post-production using printing, scanning, and re-photography. At the end of the Summer School, they will learn about online platforms and print magazines for publishing their work and procedures for submitting projects to calls.
Summer school will be held in Czech.
