Andrej Ilič wins Czech International Student Design Award
Andrej Ilič, student of the Product Design Studio, won for his stool Puff the Czech International Student Design Award, in the category Excellent Student Design.
For this year's 35th edition, 257 authors registered with 244 works from 14 universities and higher education institutions and 23 higher vocational schools and secondary vocational schools. Their works were evaluated by three independent juries: the international university jury was composed of university and college educators, the national secondary school jury consisted of educators from secondary and higher vocational schools, and the international jury was made up of museum curators, independent experts, and the best professional designers from the Czech Republic, including foreign designers.
The award-winning works can be viewed at the exhibition Nový (z)boží! Czech International Student Design Award 2025 at the Czech Design Passage (Na Příkopě 860, Prague 1) until 6 January 2026.
