A new room in the basement of Building U1, available for student use
Dear students,
We would like to inform you that – in addition to the Vegýna student club at the Kraví hora campus (Building 11) – Room 006 in the basement of Building U1 is now also available for your use. You can use it as a space for relaxation, a short break, and meeting between classes. The room is equipped with small appliances – an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a microwave – as well as basic crockery for everyday use. The room is ventilated automatically at regular intervals. If needed, the ventilation can also be switched on manually using the switch labelled by the counter.
Please observe the following rules:
- No smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products) in the room or the adjacent areas.
- No alcohol or narcotic/psychotropic substances.
- Use appliances only for their intended purpose and do not leave them unattended. After use, always switch them off and check that they are not left running.
- Please keep the area tidy – wash up and put away any used crockery, and keep work surfaces clean.
- Do not interfere with the electrical installation or the ventilation system.
- Do not cover ventilation openings and do not tamper with fire safety equipment.
- If you notice a fault or any damage to the equipment, please inform the porter’s lodge immediately.
- The room is intended for short stays between classes; it is not intended for long-term storage of personal belongings or for sleeping.
