Erasmus+ graduate traineeships in the EU countries, deadline 15 May 2026
We are announcing a call for graduate traineeships within the Erasmus+ programme. Graduate traineeships can take place from 20 May 2026 up to one year after the graduation (completion of your studies) and only within the EU. You must apply before completing your studies.Basic conditions for graduate traineeships
- mobility is possible after the defence of the final thesis (after the graduation - state final examination) from 20 May 2026
- the duration of the graduate traineeship must last at least 60 days, maximum 90 days (longer traineeships without a grant from the BUT), and must be completed within 12 months of successful completion of studies (graduation)
- you must apply while you are still studying, go on mobility only after you have completed your studies
- financial support for Erasmus+ graduate traineeships ranges from EUR 630 to EUR 750 per month depending on the EU country (eligibility for the grant is only for the period of physical presence in the host country; the work placement must be full-time = the number of working hours must be as a standard full-time job in the foreign country)

Any public or private organisation active in the labour market or in the field of education, training and youth work, non-profit organisation, public entity at local, regional or national level, etc., i.e. almost any entity or company, can take on students.
How to apply
Via the e-application form in your StudIs account → module "Study and internships abroad" until 15 May 2026 → apply for the relevant call for applications according to your planned mobility:

The e-application has the following mandatory attachments
- a completed and signed application form (see below)
- a completed and signed Consent to the processing of personal data - GDPR (see below)
- a completed and signed Traineeship Agreement, Acceptance Letter OR documented communication (e.g. email) with the institution, organisation, company, indicating that the student will be allowed to participate in the traineeship (at least one of these documents must be attached)
- a cover letter in English explaining why we should support your planned mobility - how it relates to your field of study, what you plan to do on your mobility, what results you want to achieve, etc.
