Call for Erasmus+ staff mobility for the winter semester 2026/27, deadline 31 May 2026
FFA BUT is opening a call for applications for Erasmus+ staff mobility for the winter semester 2026/27. Staff can apply for the following mobility opportunities:1. Teaching (teaching activities) - at a university with which FFA has an inter-institutional agreement (list here)
2. Training (training events, job shadowing, staff week) - not linked to the existence of a bilateral agreement.
The staff mobility can take place from 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027 within the EU (training activities also outside the EU).
From the financial resources of the Erasmus+ programme, a maximum of 5 days of stay will be covered as standard. However, it is possible to indicate a higher number of days in the application – this figure is considered indicative. The final number of days to be funded by the Erasmus+ programme will be determined based on the available budget and will be confirmed to the applicant subsequently by notification.
HOW TO APPLY?
Applications are submitted directly in the BUT Intraportal --> Application for foreign mobility --> Submit a new application for Erasmus+ mobility abroad for an employee --> select the trip type and the corresponding call
The deadline for applications is 31 May 2026.
