Call for Freemovers student mobility 2026, app. deadline 13 Feb 2026
The Faculty of Fine Arts announces an additional call for BA, MA and PhD students for mobility to a foreign institution of their choice in the calendar year 2026. Mobility can be carried out in the period from 1 March 2026 until the end of the calendar year 2026 anywhere in the world.
The deadline for applications for the call is 13 February 2026. Freemovers programme is mainly for those mobilities that cannot be implemented through the Erasmus+ programme.
The student mobility under the Freemovers programme may be of the following nature:
- A study stay within an approved study programme (details here)
- A traineeship within an approved study programme (details here)
- Participation in short- and long-term professional courses, active participation in prestigious artistic events, festivals, conferences, etc.
- Work on a project (semestral, year)
- Work on a final thesis (diploma, dissertation)
In order to apply, you need to supply to the FFA International Office by email:
- PhD students: a completed application for financial support (see attachments below) signed by your supervisor
- BA and MA students: a completed application for financial support (see attachments below) signed by your supervisor or studio teacher (BA students must have completed at least the first year of study)
- Cover letter in English
- Acceptance letter from the foreign institution or documented communication (e.g. email) with the institution, organisation, company, indicating that the student will be allowed to participate in the mobility
- Completed and signed Consent to the processing of personal data (GDPR) (see attachments below)
